A: No, you do not. The Fantasy Display and LED Lights are powered via hydroelectricity! Pretty cool, right?

Q: How long is shipping? 

A: Shipping takes approximately 4-7 days if you purchase a faucet/shower system. Chandeliers may take 2-4 weeks to arrive. 

Q: Is Fantasy Falls compliant with all regulations?

A: Yes, Fantasy Falls is UPC Certified, IAPMO Certified, ASSE 1016 Certified, Vermont Act 193 Compliant, Energy Policy Act 1992 Compliant, Low Lead Compliant, and passes ASME A112.18.1/CSA B125.1 - 2018.

Q: Can I order a Fantasy Falls Shower Panel without a tub spout?

A: No, unfortunately not at the moment. 

Q: My fixture is damaged. How can I go about refunding/replacing it?

A: We can either send you a replacement with no return of the original panel, or we can send you a 50% refund with no return of the original panel. 

Q: Where is my order? 

A: If you go to the “Track your order” page and type in your order #, a shipment update will pop up and give you an estimated delivery date. 


Q: Where is this made? 

A: Our main manufacturer is based in China. Every shower and faucet is designed with U.S. regulations in mind. They are stored and shipped from our U.S., Canadian, European, and Australian warehouses.

Q: I have low water pressure, will Fantasy Falls work in my bathroom?

A: Yes! Fantasy Falls works with any and all levels of water pressure. The more you have, the stronger the flow will be, but it does work with all pressure levels.

Q: How do I connect the blue LED’s in Fantasy Falls?

A: The LED lights will turn on when you turn your shower on. The water flow powers the lights.

Q: What does the screen on Fantasy Falls read out?

A: The screen on the Fantasy Falls Shower Panel will show you the water temperature as well as the time you have spent in the shower. 

Q: Does Fantasy Falls work with hard water lines?

A: Yes, it does. Hard water should not be an issue at all.

Q: Can all jets be used at once?

A: Yes, all jets can be used at the same time for the best shower experience you’ve ever had!

Q: What should I do if I provided the incorrect shipping details? 

A: If you notice that your shipping details are incorrect, please contact us the same day as your order is placed. Note that we are unable to allow any amendments to your order once your package has been processed. Should your parcel be returned to the sender, we'll issue you a refund or order you a replacement fixture. If your order is delivered to the wrong address due to providing incorrect information we are not liable for reshipment or refund.
