30 DAY WARRANTY:
We offer a 30 day store credit or full refund in some cases, if you receive a product that does not match the description or is defective. If you wish to cancel an order after it is placed, you must do so within 24 hours to be entitled to a full refund.
Please contact us at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving your order with a video or picture of the defect, and our customer experience team will make sure all issues are resolved as soon as possible.
You are responsible for paying the return shipment costs for your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We offer 2 and 5 year extended warranties for select products at checkout or within 48 hours of your order placement via email.
